Good luck on getting your house sold. Not sure where you are or how the market is there but here in Phoenix it's terrible. Houses aren't moving at all. Hope it's better there for you.

The house next door to me has been vacant for two years, the house across the street, three years.

Thanks Lorrie,
My daughter and husband live in Phoenix. He has been out of work for 6+ months. He repairs/rebuilds computers and the jobs are scarce. My daughter has been working as a nanny for months just to make ends meet. They just bought a house and are hanging on by a thread.

Say Doc hope your daughter and her husband get better--very soon there will be many jobs in Arizona. Good to see you back. Maybe we will see you in Buffalo, NY next year at the reunion.
Juan.

60% of the homes here in the Reno area are "underwater". Nevada has one of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation and we are now number uno on the list of the highest unemployment rates in the nation. The only property being sold is through short sales...Hang in there doc.
